Home Inspection
Home inspections are a non-invasive general inspection of a home’s condition. The inspection will identify any issues with:

Sewer Lateral Inspection
Sewer Inspections are soon to be required in the city of Santa Cruz. The sewer inspector will send a camera through the cleanout or toilet to view and determine the condition of the line.
